Nora Considine serves as our Director of Talent Acquisition and has a decade of experience supporting staffing and recruiting efforts for the Intelligence Community and commercial technology spaces.
She has worked with many agencies and organizations within the Department of Defense, focusing her career on hiring for their different technical needs to include software and systems engineering, cybersecurity, and intelligence analysis.
Nora works closely with transitioning military personnel and enjoys speaking on TAPs Panels and at other military hiring events.
She is passionate about bringing new talent into the cleared space to continue to support national security efforts and enjoys connecting with candidates to help them land the job of their dreams.
Nora graduated from Old Dominion University where she studied Interpersonal Communications and Public Relations with a minor in English.
