Prior to joining Tensley, Dawn dedicated 37 years of service to the Department of Defense (DoD), where she gained extensive experience in executive support, staffing, human resources, and strategic planning. Her long-standing public service career provided a strong foundation in operational excellence and leadership support. Dawn now leverages that experience to help drive organizational effectiveness and support mission-focused teams.
