Director, SIGNIT Operations
Michael O’Shea is the Director of SIGINT Operations for Tensley and manages multiple programs within the Division as a Program Manager of a Tensley prime program and manages a portfolio of Systems Engineering and SIGINT analysis sub-contracts. Mike began his career in the USMC as a cryptologic Linguist supporting Counter-Narcotic and Counter-Terrorist missions.
After the military, Mike has worked for Booz Allen, TASC, Northrop Grumman, and SAIC supporting contracts as an analyst and a manager. Mike has 28 years of experience supporting the Intelligence Community with the last 17 years as a project/task leader and program manager supporting Analytic, Cyber, SIGDEV, and TechSIGINT programs for Department of Defense mission areas.
Mike is PMP Certified and graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and information Systems.
